Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing transparent and fair service to all of our customers. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for all plans.

 

Annual Prepaid Monthly Plan
  • Customers may cancel their plan at any time.

  • To prevent misuse of discounted pricing, customers must complete at least two scheduled cleanings before becoming eligible for a pro-rated refund.

  • If the plan is canceled before completing two cleanings, no refund will be provided for unused cleanings.

 

Monthly & Quarterly Cleaning Plans
  • To prevent misuse of discounted pricing, customers must complete at least two scheduled cleanings before cancelling

  • If the plan is cancelled before completing two cleanings, customer will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be non-refundable or subject to a $25 cancellation fee, depending on the situation.

  • For cancellation requests, email payments@tuscaloosacancleaners.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean

One Time Cleaning
  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled clean may be non-refundable or subject to a $25 cancellation fee, depending on the situation.

 

Missed Cleanings
  • If a customer misses a scheduled cleaning (e.g., bins not out or inaccessible), we will reschedule at no extra charge.

  • Missed cleanings are not eligible for refunds.

 

Service Interruptions (Our Fault)
  • If we’re unable to complete a cleaning due to weather, equipment failure, staff issues, or holidays, we will reschedule the cleaning promptly.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued for that missed cleaning.

 

Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
